BEN JENKINS
Publisher
Ben Jenkins, a seasoned professional in film and TV media production for 15 years, has transitioned his creative expertise into the world of print media. Fuelled by a passion for capturing the essence of Swansea and its surrounding areas, he is dedicated to curating a lifestyle and culture magazine that reflects the vibrancy and uniqueness of the community.
With a keen eye for storytelling, Ben strives to bring engaging content to readers, seamlessly blending his cinematic background with the rich tapestry of print media
MAURICE SNOWDON
Director/Founder
Born in Portsmouth, Maurice is the Director and founder of Portsmouth Life and Waterside publications. Given his more than 40 years of experience and his printing and sales skills, he provides the company with all the knowledge and know-how achieved within his wide and fruitful career.
He is the heart of Portsmouth Life and Waterside. Maurice is an apprentice served lithographic printer with years of experience in the printing industry, encompassing production, sales and marketing, management and business skills.
LUKE HALE
Head of Web & Design
Luke part owns a creative design agency, he has a strong track record in web presentation and digital marketing.
He is the Operations Director at Global Big Media who has over 27 years experience in the industry, including web and social media consultancy for a National Armed Forces Charity.
A formerly Web Designer/Graphic Artist at Portsmouth News Luke was also responsible for all the publisher’s websites and digital advertising across the South of England.
FELICITY
Editor
Felicity is an undergraduate student at the University of Portsmouth, working towards a degree in Journalism. As part of her final year studies, Felicity is undertaking work experience with us at Waterside, taking responsibility for our social media platforms.
Post studies, Felicity is aiming for a career in magazine journalism following her interests in lifestyle, wellness, fashion and pop culture. She brings a fresh perspective and new ideas to the Waterside Team.
